Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by visiting "Configuration -- Subscription". After you do so, we will send you a new corrected invoice and if necessary, credit your Zyfro account with the difference to be used for future payments.

Is my information secure?

Yes, we perform security backups on a daily basis. All of your information is encrypted using latest security standards to provide maximum available level of security.

How can I pay?

You can pay conveniently using your debit/credit-card or by providing bank account details. You will be charged automatically at the end of your chosen billing period.

Is my payment information secure?

We do not store, nor have access to your payment information as it is securely handled by our payment provider, Stripe, the world-leading payment system provider.

How does the 15 days free trial work?
